    It's like coming home. I always stay in the Metropole when I come to Geneva. Staff are always helpful and accomodating; the rooms are luxurious, if a little small. The restaurant is excellent; quality of food, service and presentation all of a high level....

    Really good accommodation, really good service, with great amenities such as a fitness center and room service. A convenient location just 1 km from the main train station.

    I stayed in new-fashioned room with amazing views, lakeside view plus appliances as expected. The breakfast was great and excellent with good choice of products.

    The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

    The lifestyle double room was modern and spacious, with a walk-in shower, soundproofing, and a minibar. The rooftop terrace had fine views of Lake Geneva and the Jet d'Eau, perfect for evening drinks. The fitness center offered essential gym equipment, and the staff provided really good service from check-in to check-out.
